Very prompt--I had a phone call from him within seconds from logging off the computer!! He came out the same day to inspect my area that needed attention & he really new his stuff! My bee problem is now gone with his help. (We had other pest control people come out over several years to assist with this same problem & they never fixed it for us!!) Thank you Rick!!

When I first went for help with a Bee problem Rich was the first to call. Very thorough in the evaluation of the problem. Also, friendly, reasonable with the price and he came out exactly when he said he would. We plan on using Bauer's Pest Control on a monthly basis (for the summer/spring). Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

I got an immediate return call and a very quick appointment. He arrived on time and provided information and was very thorough. Basically, the prior owners of my home had a cat which apparently had fleas. Needless to say that we were all being bitten on the feet and ankles by fleas. We were miserable and needed a very quick resolution to this problem that would actually work. We had already spent money buying flea bombs and sprays which were not effective. Bauer's came out and took care of it in a timely manner. We are not being bitten anymore.
